Free is hard to find but you can check out Freedom for iPhone Movies http://freedomforiphonemovies.info. You will find free movies there you can download. They have a lot of very new movies

You can watch movies on the Hulu application or others like Fancast (you may need to be a cable subscriber to also watch movie on your ipad or iphone for free) The quality is phenomenal if youre on Wifi. I would also reccomend trying Hulu plus, which is only a few bucks per month and give you unlimited access to movies and episodes.
