Can I really be an iPad 2 tester and keep it for free?

Yup, it totally depends on the offer. I would avoid youtube and facebook offers that you see online.

Google is a decent place to look for offers, just make sure that the domain is a high level TLD(ie, .com, .net). Avoid .co.cc and .tk as they are free domains and usually used by fly-by-night operations.

Most offers I’ve seen require that you fill out an online survey and then they decide if you are eligible. Over 18, and such. Then once you receive the unit you will then need to fill out a 10-15 page questionnaire which will need to be snail-mailed back.
